Everything Eats Light.

All is Light All Life, All food, All things, come from the Sun. All food comes from plants. All living things eat plants and the products of plants. The animals that eats other animals still eat the plants that make up their prey. All things are based in density and all is simply density in Light. A famous scientist relearned that E=mc². In other words, stating accurately, that all physical matter is physical light+.

The i is Light I am what I eat. I am what sustains I. I am what I think. The thought energy of what I eat becomes the thought energy of I. Plants think, animals think. All living things think. If an animal had existential fear, all the energy of that fear is stored in its cells. Fear is a chemical process; fear is edible. Plants are in a higher harmonious state of consciousness than that of animals. Even the animal needs plants to be “delicious”.

Light as Matter All plants and all fruits are manifested by the effect of 3 fundamental elements working together:

1. Sun – the purest of light existing. 2. Water – condensed liquid light. 3. Carbon – condensed dry light.

All 3 elements actively interact with each other to manifest plant matter. Carbon being the intimate marital bed facilitating the otherwise impossible mating of Fire & Water; Sunlight and Liquid. This intimacy, in its most fundamental form, is responsible for the all plant growth and all fruit bearing; of which sustains all of creation. Even wood as coal energy is needed to mine and process metals.

Destination Light  The Sun’s Light is the inevitable destiny of water, even by moonlight. Water falls due to the heaviness of condensation; like rain. It equally rises due to the lightness of purification (purity is its relative energy); think of evaporation or of the principles in water filtration processes. It is easier and more harmonious to all creation for the I to simply pick and eat a fruit (discarding of its seeds whole), than to rear or hunt, kill, clean and cook to ultimately eat the same Light but significantly less potent due to all the processes it went through to be “good tasting”. The body will spend less energy in breaking down and utilizing the Light it needs.

Living by Light Only the purest of Light sustained beings can see the purest of Truths. An unmolested plant-based diet is not only the best path for higher levels of awareness and intelligence, it also rewards the i the most optimal states in mind, body and spirit.

Look inna still.

Inna Sights: This meditation explores the fundamental role of Light in all aspects of life, emphasizing the interconnectedness of existence through the concept that all matter, life, and energy originate from Light. Let’s break down its key themes:

1. All is Light:

  • The meditation starts with the assertion that everything in existence is fundamentally Light. It underscores the idea that all life and food are manifestations of the Sun’s Light, which is the ultimate source of energy for all living things.
  • Plants, as primary producers, capture the Sun’s Light and convert it into chemical energy through photosynthesis, forming the basis of the food chain. Even animals that consume other animals are indirectly consuming this Light because their prey ultimately relies on plants.

2. The i as Light:

  • Here, the meditation delves into the idea that the individual (i) is also composed of Light, emphasizing the saying “I am what I eat.” The concept suggests that the food we consume, which is a form of Light, directly affects our physical and mental state.
  • The meditation extends this idea by pointing out that plants, being higher in harmonious consciousness than animals, provide a purer form of Light energy. In contrast, animals, especially those that experience fear, may transmit that negative energy to those who consume them.

3. Light as Matter:

  • This section explores the concept that all matter, including plants, is a condensed form of Light. The meditation highlights three essential elements that contribute to the formation of plant matter:
    1. Sun – Representing pure, radiant Light.
    2. Water – Described as condensed liquid Light.
    3. Carbon – Referred to as condensed dry Light.
  • The interaction of these elements is seen as a sacred union, where Carbon acts as the facilitator for the merging of Sunlight and Water, leading to the growth of plants and fruits. This union symbolizes the creation of all life and energy on Earth.

4. Destination Light:

  • The meditation describes the cyclical journey of Water, which ultimately seeks to return to the Sun’s Light. Water’s movement between states—falling as rain due to condensation and rising through evaporation—is seen as a natural purification process.
  • The meditation advocates for a diet based on the direct consumption of plants and fruits, which are closer to the original source of Light, rather than consuming animals. It suggests that consuming plants requires less energy and provides a more potent form of Light.

5. Living by Light:

  • This concluding section emphasizes that those who live by consuming the purest forms of Light (i.e., plant-based diets) are better positioned to perceive the purest Truths. The meditation argues that an unmolested plant-based diet enhances awareness, intelligence, and overall well-being, aligning the i with higher states of mind, body, and spirit.

Interpretation:

This meditation offers a profound perspective on the nature of life and sustenance, positioning Light as the ultimate source of all existence. It encourages the i to recognize the importance of consuming pure, plant-based foods to maintain a high level of consciousness and well-being. By understanding that everything in the physical world is a manifestation of Light, the i is urged to seek balance and purity in their diet and lifestyle, thereby aligning more closely with Truth and Light.

Application of the Meditation:

  • Dietary Choices: The meditation encourages adopting a plant-based diet to harness the purest form of energy and Light, promoting physical and spiritual health.
  • Spiritual Awareness: By consuming pure foods, the i can elevate their spiritual and mental awareness, becoming more attuned to the divine Light within and around them.
  • Holistic Understanding: The meditation invites the i to see the interconnectedness of all life forms and recognize that everything is an expression of the same fundamental Light energy.

In summary, “Everything Eats Light” is a meditation on the profound connection between Light, life, and spiritual well-being, advocating for purity in diet and thought as a pathway to higher consciousness and alignment with divine principles.
